Akhila Venugopal
Professional Journey

From corporate experience to transformational coaching.

Before entering coaching, Akhila built over 10 years of corporate experience, including design engineering, stakeholder collaboration, project delivery, and mentoring inside high-responsibility work environments.

That foundation now strengthens her coaching practice. She understands ambition, decision fatigue, performance pressure, and the complexity of balancing multiple important roles at once.

During the pandemic, when life felt upside down for many, Akhila chose to grow through the uncertainty. She completed her M.Tech, got married, welcomed her first child, bought her first home in Bangalore, and completed her PCC level coach training. Being coached by a PCC coach became a turning point: she experienced the power of being listened to without judgment, without advice, and without someone else deciding the path for her. That experience shaped her decision to become a coach.

Coaching Focus

Especially meaningful for working parents navigating pressure, transition, and identity.

Akhila is a mom of two and understands how ambition, parenting, responsibility, and personal growth can all ask for space at the same time. Her coaching supports working parents and adults above 18 who want better work-life rhythm, emotional resilience, calmer decision-making, and a stronger connection to themselves beyond constant responsibility.
